SHIPPING POLICY
Liani Swim ships both domestically and internationally via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the estimated ship date. All orders are subject to verification.
Most in-stock items are shipped out within 24 hours. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Liani Swim ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We guarantee our merchandise and will accept any defective item for an exchange or store credit. An exchange or store credit may be received if an item is returned within 14 days of the invoice date.
Apparel/swimwear must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition. All items must be folded properly and tags must be in place. Apparel/swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags and/or liners will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment. Once we have received and processed your exchange and determined that apparel/swimwear item(s) are in their original perfect condition we will send an email confirmation including an invoice for any additional shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All additional shipping charges associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.

There are NO returns allowed on swimsuits due to health and safety regulations.
